Swimming

On Saturday mornings there are pool based swim training sessions at a local pool and on Monday evenings there another group that swims at Furzefield pool in Potter’s Bar. In the warmer months we also have club sponsored open water training sessions at a local lake and at the white water centre in Waltham Abbey.

Biking

We meet on Sunday mornings for bike training sessions usually go out in two or three groups covering from around 25 miles to over 60 miles. See dedicated page for more information.

Running

Our running sessions are based on the general club running sessions.
