Trent Park Running Club

A running club for all

Extreme Heat – Red Warning

This is the first time that we have had a Red Weather Warning in the UK. The UK Health Security agency warns that at this level, illness and death may occur among the fit and healthy, and not just in high-risk groups. As a precaution we have taken the decision to suspend all official club running activities until the warning ends, which is predicted to be Wednesday am.

Club runs will be organised for Thursday 21st July so please refer to Coacha or Whatsapp groups for details.
