A running club for all

National Lockdown – 6/1/2021

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement placing England into a national lockdown, we are so sorry to have to announce that all Trent Park Running Club organised activities, including those for our junior members have been suspended until further notice.

We will update you all as soon as we know anything and we have confirmation from England Athletics about when we can resume organised club runs.

In the meantime, you continue to be allowed to exercise on your own or with one other person from outside your household, and we hope that you will continue to find time to keep fit and enjoy the benefits of regular exercise.

Trent Park Running Club is a club for people who enjoy trail, road and cross country running as well as more gentle jogging for those just starting out.

The club is affiliated with England Athletics and British Triathlon.

The club is based at Southgate Hockey Centre within Trent Park on the outskirts of North London at the start of the Green Belt but within walking distance of Oakwood Underground station.

Members have use of the club’s facilities including excellent changing rooms, showers and the bar to relax after training.  Currently, Southgate Hockey Centre is closed so we are unable to use the changing rooms and showers, the bar area and toilets are open at certain times and are following the goverment guidelines for bars and clubs. 

The club meets every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7.00 pm and Saturday and Sunday mornings at 9.00 am at the Southgate Hockey Centre in Trent Park, Snakes Lane, Oakwood EN4 0PS, how to get to the club. Currently, these sessions are being conducted following the guidelines set out by England Athletics, therefore, must currently be booked via our booking system.
